Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Monthly Pay: $5,100 - $5,700 USD per month

Summary:

Join a fully remote, Texas-based financial-services team as a full-time Human Resources Assistant. Support people operations by maintaining personnel documentation, coordinating new-hire activities, and providing accurate follow-through for employees and managers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidential employee files and personnel changes in secure systems.

• Prepare new-hire packets and track required document completion.

• Coordinate interview calendars and candidate updates with hiring managers.

• Route policy, leave, and employment-verification questions under established procedures.

• Review HR records for completeness and flag sensitive discrepancies.

• Assist with training rosters and recurring people-operations reports.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable handling confidential records and following privacy practices.

• Familiarity with I-9 forms, new-hire paperwork, or employment-law basics is helpful.

• Clear writing for candidates, employees, and managers.

• Ability to use spreadsheets, shared drives, and web-based systems.

• Interest in HR support and remote administrative coordination.
