Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*   Collaborate with business managers to align HR practices with business objectives, providing tailored HR solutions that drive performance and business growth.
*   Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, management development, and career progression programs to ensure a pipeline of top talent.
*   Lead strategic employee engagement initiatives to enhance organizational culture and performance.

*   Provide coaching and guidance to managers and leaders on effective people management.
*   Collaborate with HR leadership to implement organizational development strategies that optimize structure, efficiency, and talent deployment.

*   Execute on HR and process improvement solutions.
*   Partner with key HR stakeholders (talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, etc.) to address operational, multi-faceted people challenges.

**Minimum Requirements**

*   Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 7+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

*   Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a HRBP supporting business leaders.
*   Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working on centralized HR teams, building strong partnerships with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development.
*   Experience coaching and influencing leaders, leading strategic initiatives, and delivering business-focused HR solutions.
*   Strong critical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.

**About The Role**

As a **Clinical Recruiter**, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the journey for Nourish Medical providers (Nurse Practitioners, Physicians) looking to join Nourish. You will act as the gateway into Nourish, and will more often than not the first person a Nourish Medical provider will interact with from Nourish in their journey. This role is centered around creating an amazing hiring experience - vetting candidates, setting up offers, developing timely and encouraging candidate communication plans, and answering complex questions needed to help providers decide if Nourish is the right place for them.

You’ll take full ownership of our Nourish Medical applicants (a large and growing group each month) and shape their hiring experience from end to end. You’ll help refine and evolve our hiring strategy, taking initiative to improve processes as we grow. And you’ll get to interact every day with providers making meaningful decisions for their careers, and extend them the opportunity to join Nourish’s mission and community.

As an early hire on our Nourish medical team, you will have lots of opportunities to grow with us and shape how we approach expanding our provider base. **Key Responsibilities**

*   You have 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting; clinical recruiting or experience recruiting licensed healthcare providers is a plus
*   You are hyper-organized and skilled at managing a high-volume process, handling multiple interactions at once while ensuring no detail is overlooked
*   You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and gain energy from engaging with providers across phone, video, email, and chat
*   You can learn new processes and assume ownership quickly, understanding a detailed process right after having it explained

**Responsibilities**
