Executive Assistant (entry level)

**Job Summary**

The Affordable Housing Compliance Administrative Associate provides essential support to the Compliance Team by managing documentation, tracking regulatory updates, and maintaining accurate records across affordable housing programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring properties remain in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including centralized processing of annual self-certifications.

This position will be fully remote. Candidates should reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, MA, MD, NC, NV, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA.

**Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Compliance Support**

*   Respond to internal and external communications related to compliance matters.
*   Maintain organized records and documentation in systems such as Yardi and SharePoint.
*   Assist with the centralized processing of annual self-certifications for affordable housing residents.

**Data Management & Reporting**

*   Monitor and update payment standards, utility allowances, and property attributes.
*   Run and audit monthly and annual compliance reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
*   Track incidents, down units, and regulatory forms such as 8823s.

**Team Collaboration**

*   Participate in team meetings and calls related to new developments, transitions, and compliance updates.
*   Support special projects and contribute to internal communications and team initiatives.

**System Updates**

*   Maintain and update property, vendor, and subsidy provider information in Yardi and tracking spreadsheets.
*   Ensure SharePoint folders and organizational charts reflect current portfolio and team structure.

**QualificationsEducation & Certifications**

**Experience**

*   2+ years of corporate or property administrative support experience required

As an **HR Coordinator** at ALC, you will provide essential support to client-facing HR projects, and some internal HR operations.
