Sr Product Marketing Manager

How to Apply:https://recrebox.com/careers/demand-generation-lead/ (Only applicants who apply directly on our website will be eligible to move forward in the interview process.) Location: Remote, USOrganization: RecRe, Inc.Reports to: CEOSchedule: Full-time. Core working hours follow US Eastern business hours; the rest of the week flexes around campaigns, events, and travel. Position OverviewRecRe is hiring a results-driven demand generation lead to turn what we do on campus into pipeline for the sales team. You will create the content and run the campaigns, and you will be measured on what they produce: engaged contacts, booked meetings, and opportunities for our sales team. We have separated ourselves by injecting real human interactions into everything that we do. We show up on campus, we know our partners by name and we build relationships that last past the contract. That is why campuses expand with us and recommend us to each other. Higher education is a small industry, so the marketing has to sound like it comes from people who live in it: real campuses, real stories, and faces our partners recognize. You will work directly with our CEO, who runs marketing today. We have a large library of raw material waiting to become finished assets: install footage, campus stories, usage data, customer conversations, and product and hardware detail. Your job is to ship it, measure what it does in HubSpot, and put more behind what works and less behind what does not. Every week you should be able to say what went out, what it produced, and what you are changing next. This is a hands-on role on a small team. You will produce, review, and publish the work yourself, with tight feedback loops and a short path from idea to live. As your results prove out, the scope will grow and more of the strategy will fall under your purview. Key Responsibilities

HubSpot and demand generation. HubSpot is the center of our marketing operation and it will be your primary destination every day. You will run campaigns, marketing emails, contact and lifecycle management, landing pages, and reporting. You will be accountable for opportunity creation alongside sales, and you will be in the numbers weekly.

Content production. Create, produce, and edit content across email, blog, web pages, social, video, webinars, and sales enablement. Take existing raw material and turn it into finished assets using the pre-defined RecRe design system.

Product launches and customer communication. We ship new hardware and software features regularly. You will execute how those launches reach campuses and prospects while partnering with our customer success and product teams to communicate the updates.

Social and paid advertising. Run social planning and posting. Execute and optimize paid initiatives across search and social. Report on what worked and bring recommendations.

Conferences and campus visits. Support in-person events with higher education administrators and associations, and travel to campuses. Expect 5 to 10 days of travel per quarter. The relationships we build at these events are a real part of how this company grows, and you will be part of building them.Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Tools: Asana, Notion, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, Claude Cowork, and modern AI tools. What Success Looks Like

By 30 Days: You know our audience, our voice, and how our HubSpot and design system are set up. Your first pieces are live across email, social, and web, and you have sent your first marketing email from HubSpot. You have started a weekly report you will keep for the rest of the job: what went out, what it produced, and what you are changing next.

By 60 Days: You run day-to-day content and social without direction on each piece, and the CEO is reviewing your work rather than assigning it. You have run one campaign end to end, from brief to assets to email and landing page to handoff to sales, and you have made at least one change because of what its results showed.

By 90 Days: You can point to at least one opportunity in HubSpot that came from a campaign you ran. You can explain which channels are working and which you have pulled back on. You bring a plan for next quarter built on what the numbers told you, not just a content calendar.

Tools: Asana, Notion, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, Claude Cowork, and modern AI tools. QualificationsMust have

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Hands-on experience running campaigns in HubSpot, including email, workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting

A portfolio of published work (email, blog, social, video) you produced and shipped yourself.

Fluency with AI tools in a production workflow, paired with the judgment to know when the output needs another pass

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing

An example of a campaign you ran where you can name the metric, what you changed, and what moved.

Experience working closely with a sales team and being held to pipeline or opportunity targets

Experience working in a remote environment

Willingness to travel regionally and nationally 5 to 10 days a quarter

Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Nice to have

Knowledge of earned and paid media, ideally in the education sector

Photo and video production and editing

Basic SEO knowledge

Publishing in WordPress

Experience producing work inside an existing brand or design system.

Who You Are

You are analytical, you take initiative, and you work well independently, because a lot of this job is deciding what to make next and making it.

You are interested in the people on the other end of the work.

You want to meet our campus partners, hear how they use RecRe, and turn that into something worth reading.

You are comfortable producing, reviewing, and publishing content end to end.

Direct feedback does not scare you and you’re able to quickly iterate based on that feedback.

You are a creative collaborator who makes the work stronger by being in the room.

You take real pride in what you put your name on, and you notice the details other people skip.

You measure what you ship. If something is not working you can tell us why and what you are trying next.

Compensation and Benefits

$70,000 to $85,000 annual salary based on experience, with opportunity for additional quarterly performance bonuses tied to marketing-sourced opportunities

100% premium coverage for health, dental, and vision

Flexible PTO

Who We AreRecRe helps campuses engage students in real life. Demand Generation Lead

Why Blee Blee is an AI-first marketing content compliance platform. PayPal, NerdWallet, and Brex already trust us. We're YC-backed, founded by an ex-Adobe marketing ops leader and former lawyer, and we're defining a category that didn't exist two years ago—across Fintech, Financial Services, CPG, Travel, and Life Sciences.. With offices in San Francisco and New York, we value in-person work but offer remote-opportunities for the right people. No matter where you join us, you can expect quarterly off-sites and opportunities to join other offices when you feel it’s important. You’ll be joining a team that values clarity, ownership, and shared responsibility—and is focused on building something that genuinely improves how teams work. The Role We're hiring our first product marketer to help name, shape, and own how this category gets understood—by buyers, by the market, and eventually by everyone else trying to compete in it. You'll be the second marketer on the team, working directly with our Head of Marketing (who comes from content and brand in the compliance space and is hiring you specifically for the PMM craft she doesn't bring). You'll have unusual ownership: foundational messaging exists but is industry-agnostic, and making it land in financial services, healthcare, beauty, travel, and beyond is largely yours to figure out. What You’ll Do In your first six months, you'll rewrite our core narrative for our top three industries, build the ICP and persona work that sales is currently improvising around, and create the sales enablement layer from scratch—the decks, narratives, objection handling, and competitive positioning that don't exist yet in any usable form—and get close enough to customers that you can predict what they'll say before they say it. After that, the job is whatever the company needs most—competitive positioning, sales enablement that actually gets used, launch playbooks, category-defining content. We'll figure it out together.

Own messaging and positioning across our core industries—financial services first, then healthcare, beauty, and beyond

Build the ICP and persona work for our split buyer/user dynamic (legal and compliance buy; marketing uses)

Create the sales enablement foundation from scratch—decks, narratives, one-pagers, objection handling, competitive positioning

Run a customer insight engine—regular conversations with customers and prospects that feed messaging, content, and product

Lead go-to-market for new product and feature launches as they come

Partner with content, social, events, and web to keep the story consistent everywhere it shows up

Who You Are

Five-plus years in B2B product marketing, with at least one tour at an early-stage company where you built from scratch rather than inheriting a playbook. You've sold to technical or regulated buyers before—legal, compliance, security, finance, infosec, something in that family. You know what it's like when the buyer and the user are different people with different incentives.

You write well. Not "marketing well"—actually well. You have opinions about language, you can tell the difference between a real insight and a reframed feature, and you've probably killed more decks than you've shipped.

You look past templated SaaS messaging and buzzwords to find the real narrative and you think most positioning could be much more bold. You have a point of view on what good looks like.

You're comfortable being the PMM voice in a room full of product, sales, and customer success people—and comfortable being wrong out loud when someone has a better idea

Bonus if you've done category creation before. Bigger bonus if you've worked in or around regulated industries. #BI-Remote How We Work We have offices in New York and San Francisco and value in-person collaboration, but we're open to remote for the right person. Wherever you're based, expect bi-annual off-sites and the chance to spend time in our other offices when it matters. What You’ll Get

Competitive salary and equity package

Bi-annual get-togethers

Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance

Free access to OneMedical (US Only)

Company-paid life insurance (US Only)

Company-sponsored 401k + matching (US Only)

Flexible time off (with mandatory 15 days off)

Financial support for work-adjacent learning opportunities

Blee is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law. For roles based in the US, applicants must have authorization to work for any employer. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time Beware of Imposter Recruiters and Job Scams

All official communication from our talent team will come from an @blee.com email address.

We will never ask candidates to provide sensitive personal information (such as bank details, social security numbers, or payment) at any stage of the recruitment process.

We will never request payment for equipment, training, or application processing.

Our open positions are always listed on our official careers page: https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/Blee

If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent Blee but you’re unsure of their legitimacy, please reach out to us directly at hiring@blee.com before sharing any personal information.
