Copy or summarize recorded documents, which affect the condition of title to the property. These roles may be found in production center or branch office environments. WORK ENVIRONMENT: We are a remote first company. This role, as most of our positions, is remote. You may be required at times to visit client sites or attend meetings at designated locations. POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Support Specialist supplies a multi-faceted approach to providing support for our Launch clients. Digital Support Specialists will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing and approving customer applications submitted through our retail account onboarding platforms. This role also serves a part of the Digital Support Team by fielding all incoming customer phone calls and various forms of digital communication from Nymbus Launch clients. Remote Base Salary

*   The targeted base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 per year.
*   Base salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the successful candidate, as well as factors such as internal equity, cost of labor in the hiring location, and alignment with market data.

**Additional Compensation**

*   This position is eligible for a $31,000 sales bonus in annual total at 100% of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100% dependent on individual performance and in alignment with company sales and bonus plans.
*   This position is also eligible for a 6% bonus at 100% of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100% dependent on company performance and in alignment with company bonus plans.

*   This position is also eligible for an auto allowance paid monthly in the first pay period of each month.
