Senior Account Manager (Fully Remote Opportunity)

**Description** The Senior Solutions Engineer works closely with Patterson Pope project resources and the Customer to fully understand the customer requirements and develop advanced solutions with the goal of delivering the highest quality, most cost-effective solution in a timely manner. These solutions will primarily be centered on installing, configuring, and customizing one to many complex modules of Hyland’s OnBase product. The Senior Solutions Engineer will lead our project implementation and provide support to complex issues. This includes configuring workflows, creating custom integrations, and supporting and troubleshooting the system as well as providing demonstrations, prototype reviews and sales support. This individual will also be asked to lead or assist in discovery, training, solution documentation and support services tasks. **Core Functions Of The Role**

*   Lead discovery sessions with to develop the functional requirements during discovery and engineering phases, providing guidance toward the optimal solution

*   Develop system design and specification documents, administrative documentation, and/or user documentation as needed
