Responsibilities <ul><li> Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for product lines to optimize sales for all front-list and backlist Bible projects and product lines. </li><li> Oversee all areas of marketing and publicity, both online and offline, including, but not limited to: brand positioning and messaging, metadata and keyword development, media planning and buying, email, social media strategy, live events, partnerships, retail marketing, and content marketing for various channels. </li><li> Manage additional marketing staff including performance appraisals and effective coaching </li><li> Secure and lead external marketing partners/vendors. </li><li> Analyze marketing campaigns and makes recommendations for adjustments and key learnings based on those results. </li><li> Provide relevant metadata, including keywords, for new releases as well as update key backlist, as needed. </li><li> Work closely with the product development team to contribute to overall direction of creative, packaging, and brand messaging, as well as recommend product development and modifications to take advantage of marketing opportunities </li><li> Present marketing plans and updates at key meetings with sales teams and other internal stakeholders, as well as external authors/proprietors, retail, and marketing partners. </li><li> Manage budget development and expense projections for relevant projects. </li><li> Attends relevant trade shows and conferences, as required. </li><li> Assist in other marketing-related activities, as assigned by supervisor. </li></ul>Qualifications Work Experience/Knowledge: <ul><li> 8+ years of highly complex marketing and/or sales experience. 4+ years of people management experience, experience leading a business unit or function of an organization </li><li> Managed and executed product launches and integrated campaigns using both digital and traditional marketing channels </li><li> Hands-on experience with email, social media, and digital advertising strategy and execution </li><li> Used marketing management tools and digital analytics tools </li><li> Managed and led outside vendors </li><li> Analyzed marketing results/ROI </li><li> Understands the Spanish-speaking Christian market in the U.S. and Latin America, including differences between theological viewpoints and/or denominations. </li><li> Understanding of Biblical doctrine </li></ul> Education: Bachelor&#x2019;s degree in Bible Theology/Studies or Christian Ministry preferred; marketing, business or related degrees considered. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Christian Bible market (denominational differences, Bible translations, etc.) are a must. Knowledge of publishing or other consumer content-related industry preferred (music, entertainment, media, digital content, etc.). Owning the collateral library: Maintain a complete, current, and organized library of sales and technical collateral across all products. Identify gaps and drive them to closure.</li>
<li>
Turning technical input into finished collateral: Work with the PM for each product area to gather technical facts and rough outlines. Independently produce refined presentations and accompanying graphics/diagrams, proactively asking the right questions to fill gaps rather than waiting to be fully briefed.</li>
<li>
Keeping messaging aligned: Partner closely with the Communications department to ensure that product messaging and collateral align with <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/striveworks">Striveworks</a>’ broader narratives, voice, and audience dynamics. Support Communications as needed by adapting and developing product content and collateral for different audiences and uses. </li>

Supporting event and conference operations: Assist in orchestrating our presence at industry and government conferences, including attendance planning, registration, and booth setup/breakdown, ensuring collateral and messaging are current and conference-ready.</li>
<li>
Growing into technical content: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and technical teams to produce broader technical content, starting with blog posts.</li>
<li>
Staying ahead of the curve: Track customer feedback, market trends, competitive capabilities, and emerging technologies to keep collateral and messaging current.</li>

<li>Strong organizational skills—able to own and maintain a growing collateral library without things going stale</li>
