<a href="https://jobicy.com/company/luxury-presence" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Luxury Presence</a> is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we're a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business.

<h3>Why This Role Matters</h3>
Our GTM Analytics team owns the metrics that run the business for Sales, Marketing, and Client Success. We're past the phase of standing up basic reporting — we're now building a modern, agentic analytics practice, including Lighthouse, our internal BI-as-code platform, where dashboards, metrics, and semantic definitions live in version-controlled code rather than scattered across disconnected tools.
This role is a chance to shape that next chapter. You'll partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to answer their hardest questions about pipeline, funnel conversion, campaign performance, and retention, while helping build the infrastructure and AI-forward workflows that let the whole GTM org get trustworthy answers faster.
You'll report to our Senior Manager of Analytics and work in tight, two-week sprints alongside Analytics Engineering, so you'll see your work ship and get used — fast.
<h3>What You'll Do</h3>
<h3>GTM Analysis &amp; Decision Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Deliver decision-ready analysis across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success: pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign and channel performance, cohort/retention, and GRR/NRR drivers.
</li>
<li>
Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and CSM stakeholders to scope questions, frame recommendations, and see analysis through to a decision — not just a dashboard handoff.
</li>
<li>
Bring structure to ambiguous asks — translate a stakeholder's question into a clear, testable analytical approach.
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Data Modeling &amp; Quality</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Build and maintain dbt models and marts for Sales, Marketing, and CS domains, with Salesforce as a core source system.
</li>
<li>
Own data quality and documentation for your domain: clear definitions, source-of-truth tables, and QA that stakeholders can trust without double-checking.
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Lighthouse &amp; Agentic Analytics</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Contribute to Lighthouse, our BI-as-code platform, as we build it out — help define how dashboards, metrics, and semantic models get written, versioned, and reviewed like software.
</li>
<li>
Note: Lighthouse is an active build, not a finished platform — you'll be shaping it, not just using it.
</li>
<li>
Push our analytics workflows toward agentic AI: using AI agents to accelerate analysis, automate recurring reporting, and cut down on manual, one-off dashboard requests.
</li>
<li>
Bring a point of view on where AI can replace manual analyst work versus where it can't — you should be as comfortable prompting and evaluating an agent as writing the SQL yourself.
</li>
</ul>
<h3>How You'll Work</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Operate in two-week sprints, planning and prioritizing your own backlog against team OKRs alongside your manager.
</li>
<li>
Give clear, proactive status updates to stakeholders rather than waiting to be asked.
</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We're Looking For</h3>
<h3>Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>
5+ years in analytics/BI, with meaningful time supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success functions at a fast-growing company. Staff-level candidates should bring deeper scope — larger or more ambiguous problems owned end-to-end, and a track record of setting technical direction, not just executing against it.
</li>
<li>
Expert SQL and hands-on dbt experience modeling GTM data.
</li>
<li>
Comfortable with Python for analysis and automation — this isn't a heavy ML/stats role, but you know how to script your way out of manual work.
</li>
<li>
Experience with Salesforce as a data source — you understand CRM objects, fields, and the quirks of modeling data.
</li>
<li>
Familiarity with a modern data stack: Fivetran or similar EL tooling, and a cloud warehouse (we run Snowflake; BigQuery experience also welcome).
</li>
</ul>
<h3>BI &amp; AI Fluency</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Experience with at least one modern BI tool (Sigma, Hex, Tableau, Looker, or similar) is a strong plus, not a hard requirement — what matters more is that you understand how modern BI organizations operate: governed semantic layers, self-serve dashboards, and BI-as-code approaches.
</li>
<li>
Genuine curiosity about agentic analytics — you've used AI agents or LLM tools to speed up analysis, and you want to help define what that looks like at scale.
</li>
<li>
We build with Claude day-to-day, so hands-on experience with Claude Code (or a similar coding agent like Codex) is a big plus — you'll use it to move faster on dbt models, scripting, and analysis, not just as a novelty.
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Mindset</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Strong communicator who can frame a recommendation clearly for a non-technical stakeholder and defend it under questioning.
</li>
<li>
Comfortable with the accountability of owning a deliverable through to closure, not just the analysis in the middle.
</li>
<li>
Energized by ambiguity and fast iteration — two-week sprints mean you'll ship early and often.
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Compensation</h3>

Senior Data Analyst, GTM

<h3>ABOUT THIS POSITION</h3><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/aceable">Aceable</a> is looking for a Sr Analytics Engineer who likes solving holistic data problems. This is a hands-on role that sits on a small team at the intersection of Data Engineering and Business Intelligence. In this role, you’ll be empowered to solve high-visibility data architecture and pipeline problems from beginning to end. One week you might build a new data pipeline or troubleshoot why data isn't landing where it should. The next week, you could be designing a dbt model, creating a semantic view or AI agent in Snowflake, building a Power BI dashboard, or partnering with a stakeholder to turn a fuzzy business question into a data product people can actually trust and use.We don't expect you to be an expert in every tool we use. We do expect meaningful technical depth in multiple areas, strong problem-solving instincts, experience and excitement around AI, and the curiosity to jump into unfamiliar territory when the problem calls for it.If you like variety, autonomy, solving messy problems, and building things from source data all the way through to the person making the decision, you will love working with us.<h3>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h3><ul>
<li>Own data products end to end. Take a problem from source data all the way through to the dashboard, metric, or workflow someone actually makes a decision with. Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain the whole path rather than handing it off at each layer.</li>
<li>Turn fuzzy questions into things people trust. Work directly with partners in Marketing, Product, Finance, and Engineering to figure out what they're really asking, then build something reliable and maintainable enough that they stop asking you and just use it.</li>
<li>Own quality from source to screen. Build the testing, documentation, monitoring, and data quality controls that keep trust high, and when something breaks, chase it wherever it actually lives: pipeline, transformation, model, metric, or report.</li>
<li>Leave the platform better than you found it. Improve architecture, simplify workflows, and automate repetitive work, including using AI well to move faster on coding, investigation, testing, and documentation, while holding the line on accuracy and human review.</li>
</ul><h3>WHAT YOU’LL NEED</h3><ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence Engineering, or a similarly technical data role</li>
<li>Advanced SQL and hands-on experience building production-scale transformations in a cloud data warehouse, ideally Snowflake, dbt, and GitHub or close equivalents</li>
<li>A strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data marts, data quality testing, documentation, version control, code review, and software development lifecycle practices</li>
<li>Experience with at least one data integration, ETL/ELT, orchestration, or event-data platform, plus a solid understanding of how data moves from source systems through transformation and into downstream reporting</li>
<li>Experience building semantic models, DAX measurements, dashboards, and self-service data products using Power BI or an equivalent modern BI platform</li>
<li>The ability and judgment to take a highly ambiguous business problem, ask the right questions, and turn it into something reliable and maintainable, plus the communication skills to do that with deeply technical partners and stakeholders who just need the data to make sense</li>
<li>Experience building semantic layers, AI agents, or automated workflows that support generative AI and natural-language analytics and a willingness to use AI responsibly to accelerate technical work, automate repeatable processes, and continuously expand your capabilities</li>
</ul><h3> BONUS POINTS</h3><ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with Matillion or Segment</li>
<li>Experience supporting digital event instrumentation and transforming customer journey, product usage, and marketing data into trusted, analytics-ready datasets, especially in support of Marketing, Product, Finance, or executive decision-making </li>
<li>Familiarity with APIs, JSON, Python, Git, CI/CD, and automated deployment workflows</li>
<li>Experience with data observability, lineage, governance, privacy, role-based access, and warehouse cost optimization</li>
