Entropy's work spans investment operations, venture development, and policy delivery, including due diligence, structuring, turnarounds, pilots, and regulatory design. In addition to the operational practice, Entropy Studio builds and operates ventures aligned with its thesis based on market demand and insights gathered from hands on operations.

Role Description

This is a remote role for a senior Commercial/Marketing leader managing growth delivery for Entropy clients and studio ventures, with budget authority and a ownership of the numbers.

The role covers acquisition, conversion, retention, and measurement across several companies, and builds the method Entropy reuses. Compensation is a base salary plus performance compensation tied to the accounts you carry, with equity participation in the ventures you help build.

Responsibilities

Own acquisition across paid, organic, partner, and outbound channels, with budget authority on your accounts.
Run conversion and retention work, including onboarding, activation, lifecycle messaging, and the pricing and packaging tests that move revenue.
Build the measurement layer: tracking that survives an audit, attribution that survives scrutiny, and reporting a board reads without translation.
Leave each company a system it can run without us, including playbooks, dashboards, and the hiring spec for the team that inherits it.
Support studio ventures and portfolio companies on go-to-market at formation.

Qualifications

5+ years or more in growth, performance marketing, or revenue operations, including a head of growth seat or the equivalent. You understand how the whole funnel connects.
Direct ownership of a significant paid budgets, with the ability to defend every line of it against contribution and margin. You understand the difference between spend and return.
Hands-on capability across ad platforms, analytics, and lifecycle tools. You understand and build the tracking needed to make decisions.
Experience in markets where channel costs, payments, and consumer behaviour differ from the Western defaults or products that require customized and innovative positioning. You have a command of a broader growth toolkit (not just ads) to create custom solutions and understand that playbooks are not one-size-fits-all.
Capacity to hold several companies without letting any of them drift. You understand where your attention vs systems & process creates better outcomes.

Ideal Profile

Background in B2B software, marketplaces, or financial services, preferably in complex market or product context.
Experience leading/building the domain in a venture studio, agency, or consulting seat, where several clients ran in parallel.
Comfortable and structured while working remotely across time zones with high ownership, reliability, and attention to detail, plus occasional travel to client and portfolio markets.
Emerging market and emerging industry experience preferred, must know how to get things done in unstructured environments.
