This role is **100% commission based for the first three months.**

*   **Pay structure:** $600 for every property you bring onto PX that completes the 15 day trial and signs the initial 60 day agreement
*   **On-target earnings (OTE):** for reps who consistently meet targets, total annual earnings typically fall in the **$45,000–$70,000+** range, depending on activity and performance
*   **Payout timing:** paid as a single payout per property once those conditions are met
*   **No cap on earnings**

*   8 properties in a month = $4,800
*   10 properties in a month = $6,000

Actual earnings depend on your activity level and close rate.

**Path to full time**
