Remote Insurance Sales Agent

Remote | Full-Time & Part-Time | 100% Commission We're looking for motivated sales professionals to help customers who have already expressed interest in our insurance products. This is a consultative sales role focused on guiding warm leads through the enrollment process and helping them choose the coverage that best fits their needs. No cold calling. You'll work exclusively with interested prospects. Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads who have requested information.
• Explain insurance products and answer customer questions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Guide customers through the application and enrollment process.
• Close sales while providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately document customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Professional and confident phone presence.
• Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
• Coachable, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
