Role -Workday Financial Reporting Lead
Location - Remote - USA
The Financial Reporting Lead has the following responsibilities
- :Serve as the designer for Financial Reporting, accountable for making reporting design decisions, communicating decisions to other areas and resources within Alera Group, and providing sign-off on business processes, functional design, and testing deliverable
- sAssist with gathering, documenting, communicating, and validating reporting requirements that need to be configured in the Workday Financials
- .Support reporting activities by helping identify data and metrics required and coordinating validation efforts
- .Provide hands-on support during testing activities, including testing execution, process validation, defect management, issue resolution, and user support
- .Support finance team by assisting with knowledge transfer, process documentation, and adoption of future-state processes
- .Assist with user training, training materials, and end-user readiness activities
- .Support post-go-live stabilization, user support, process documentation updates, and continuous improvement efforts following Workday deployment
