WorkinVirtual Private Limited is recruiting a Recruiter for a full-time, 100% remote opportunity open to qualified candidates worldwide.
You will help identify qualified candidates, review applications, coordinate online interviews, manage recruitment pipelines, and support professional communication throughout the hiring process.
Experience: 2–4 years
Proposed compensation: $20–$28 USD/hour
Location: 100% Remote — Worldwide
Employment: Full-time
Time Zone: Minimum 4 hours overlap with New York / US Eastern Time
Responsibilities
- Source candidates for remote vacancies.
- Review applications and resumes.
- Conduct initial online screenings.
- Coordinate virtual interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
- Prepare shortlists and recruitment updates.
- Communicate professionally with applicants.
- Track recruitment activities and follow-ups.
- Support improvements to hiring workflows.
- Maintain candidate confidentiality.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Candidate sourcing and resume screening experience.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Familiarity with online recruitment platforms.
- Good interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Professional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate sourcing, recruitment reporting, and virtual interviewing tools is helpful.
Compensation
Proposed: $20–$28 USD per hour, subject to employer approval.
100% Remote Work
This position is 100% remote and open to qualified candidates worldwide.
Recruitment activities, candidate interviews, documentation, and team collaboration will be conducted remotely.
Candidates must be legally permitted to work remotely from their country of residence and maintain at least 4 hours of working-day overlap with New York / US Eastern Time (ET).
Remote onboarding and training will be provided.
