Title: Senior Data Scientist /Advanced Analytics Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (US-wide)
Travel: Up to 25% (center visits & stakeholder workshops)
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (W2)
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Analytics Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Senior Data Analyst, BI, or Analytics Consulting roles.
- Applied Data Science: 2–4 years applying statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, or regression techniques to real-world business problems.
- SQL Mastery: Advanced SQL querying skills (window functions, CTEs, complex joins, stored procedures) across large relational data warehouses (Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle).
- Python Proficiency: Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn) for data manipulation, automation, and model prototyping.
- BI & Visualization: Proven expertise designing intuitive dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI or Qlik Sense.
- Impactful Communication: Demonstrated ability to articulate complex analytical insights simply and persuasively to both technical teams and senior business executives.
- Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to operate independently, self-prioritize across multiple simultaneous initiatives, and adapt to shifting operational priorities.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Differentiators:
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Direct domain experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Plasma Operations, or Life Sciences Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense (our current platform) alongside Power BI.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with RPA / automation tools (UiPath, ServiceNow automation) or AI/agentic solutions.
- Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process optimization frameworks, or Minitab.
