About The Role
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is a highly visible, hands-on individual contributor responsible for building and scaling AIM28's analytics, reporting, and value-realization measurement capabilities. Reporting directly to the AIM28 Finance Lead, this role involves designing and owning end-to-end data models, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and automation solutions that convert complex, fragmented data into trusted insights for executives and program leaders. The role also entails supporting strategic projects as needed.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in SQL, data modeling, BI visualization, automation, and AI-enabled analytics with strong business and finance acumen. Operating as the sole analytics builder within the AIM28 Finance team, this individual will establish the program's single source of truth for KPIs, benefits, investments, and value-realization reporting. Additionally, they will drive self-service analytics, reporting automation, and AI-powered insights across the AIM28 portfolio.
This role involves architecting an AI-ready analytics and reporting model that pairs traditional dashboards with AI capabilities such as automated narratives and conversational agents, enabling stakeholders to self-serve and access insights faster. The candidate will transform raw data into usable formats, integrate scattered reporting into standardized solutions, and ensure the reliability and accuracy of all outputs. As a standalone technical contributor embedded in Finance, the role requires full ownership of the analytics stack, from requirements gathering to solution deployment and adoption.
The position works closely with the AIM28 Finance Lead, Big Bet teams, the transformation office, and McKesson Technology to formalize KPI definitions and benefit methodologies into governed data models, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the program. The role demands a proactive problem-solver capable of turning ambiguous data challenges into clear, reliable insights.
