About the Opportunity:
The DATA ANALYST role is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making by analyzing diverse datasets, developing reporting tools, and providing insights that inform business strategies. This position contributes by identifying trends, investigating issues, and collaborating across departments to enhance processes and support organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational, product, and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and monitoring tools to track business and system performance.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, risk, compliance, and operations teams on new initiatives and policies.
- Review and improve processes related to customer lifecycle stages.
- Investigate data anomalies and system issues to determine root causes.
- Support forecasting, business reviews, and strategic planning with analytical insights.
- Improve data quality, documentation, reporting standards, and analytical processes.
- Manage analytical projects from problem definition through implementation.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience in analytical, operations, strategy, or data-focused roles.
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and Python.
- Professional experience using AI tools for analysis and workflow automation.
- Ability to integrate AI into workflows including prompt development and model evaluation.
- Experience with large datasets and dashboard/reporting platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Omni, or Mode.
- Understanding of business processes, KPIs, and analytical frameworks.
- Skill in independently solving complex or ambiguous problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and ownership of projects.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and interest in building reliable analytical systems.
