Role Description The Confirmation Specialist (Monday-Thursday) is a part time, remote role responsible for ensuring that prospective students and clients have clear, accurate, and timely confirmation of their appointments, and key program details.

Pay: 22.00/hr + Monthly Show-Rate Bonuses
This role includes managing confirmation workflows, sending and updating confirmation communications, verifying client information, and following up with individuals via email, phone, or messaging platforms. The Confirmation Specialist will maintain organized records in the CRM or relevant systems, monitor attendance and show-up rates, and collaborate with enrollment and operations teams to streamline processes. Day-to-day tasks also involve responding to confirmation-related inquiries, troubleshooting scheduling or access issues, and providing a professional, supportive experience that reflects the Academy’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
- Experience with customer service or client support, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive client experience.
- Comfort with digital tools such as CRM systems (Hubspot) , calendar and scheduling software, email platforms, and messaging applications.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple confirmations, follow-ups, and deadlines across Thursday–Sunday.
- Attention to detail in data entry, record-keeping, and verification of client information.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Availability to consistently work Thursday through Sunday and coordinate with team members across different time zones.
- Previous experience in education, coaching, healthcare, or administrative is beneficial.
- Demonstrated alignment with wellness, coaching, or nurse advocacy is a plus.
