Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate non-clinical healthcare requests, documentation, scheduling, records, and follow-up through approved digital systems.
- Maintain accurate case, patient, provider, caregiver, or service information while protecting confidential data.
- Review assigned records for completeness, route routine exceptions, and document actions according to established procedures.
- Communicate status updates and next steps by phone, email, chat, or secure online tools as appropriate to the role.
- Prepare organized notes, reports, trackers, or handoff documentation so remote teams can follow work accurately.
- Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
- Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
- Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
