Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate assigned administrative, scheduling, operational, project, service, or workflow tasks using approved digital tools.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, schedules, documentation, work queues, and follow-up items.
- Communicate task status, missing information, routine exceptions, and next steps to relevant stakeholders.
- Review recurring workflows for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness and escalate issues according to documented procedures.
- Prepare clear handoff notes, reports, or status updates so remote teams can complete work reliably.
- Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
- Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
- Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
