Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain calendars, schedules, shared documents, email queues, digital records, and recurring administrative tasks.
- Prepare, organize, and update documents, trackers, forms, reports, and internal records using cloud-based tools.
- Coordinate follow-up with customers, vendors, candidates, providers, or internal team members as appropriate to the role.
- Monitor deadlines and work queues, flag missing information, and keep assigned tasks moving to completion.
- Handle business information carefully and follow documented procedures for remote work and recordkeeping.
- Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
- Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
- Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
