An employer is seeking an analytical finance professional to join their team as a Manager, Finance Business Partner on a remote basis. In this role, you will connect financial insights with operational strategy to help leadership make informed decisions, manage capacity, and optimize financial performance.
The Role
• Lead annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, and financial outlooks while translating strategic goals into clear targets.
• Build driver-based financial models and unit-cost frameworks to monitor COGS, Gross Margin, EBITDA, and cash flow.
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators that link operational metrics directly to financial outcomes.
• Run scenario analyses and manage capacity planning, headcount governance, and business case standards.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and financial analyses while collaborating with corporate finance and leadership teams.
What You'll Need
• 6–8 years of experience in FP&A or finance, including 2+ years supporting executive leadership.
• Proficiency in driver-based forecasting, scenario planning, and service-operations metrics.
• Experience utilizing Excel, Enterprise Performance Management systems, and business intelligence tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
