Description The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and versatile writer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will create compelling content across multiple formats—including web, email, social, blogs, strategy documents, and pitch decks—while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. You will contribute to messaging strategy, support client initiatives, and provide subject matter expertise by staying current on industry trends. This individual will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams, manage multiple projects with precision, and bring both creativity and adaptability to deliver high-quality work on time. Location Requirement: This role is open only to candidates who are currently located in Washington State or California. Key Responsibilities
- Write clear and engaging copy for websites, emails, social (organic and paid), blogs, strategy documents, pitch decks, video, and more.
- Ensure all content aligns with the client’s brand guidelines and provide feedback on any discrepancies. Contribute and enhance existing guidelines and educate clients and the team on new trends or changes.
- Provide subject matter expertise as you learn and understand the needs of our clients, participate in strategy discussions, and develop messaging strategy.
- Brainstorm and develop content solutions that meet client needs and support internal initiatives.
- Monitor assignments within the Creative Request system, track project status, and communicate updates.
- Collaborate with team members, vendors, and project leads, adhering to file-naming conventions, templates, and accessibility requirements.
- Manage revisions of your work in line with project phases. [JL1.1][JM1.2]Present project updates and content work during internal team meetings, tracking issues and addressing performance objectives.
- Contribute to team resources by maintaining process documentation, checklists, and templates in the Group OneNote.
- Participate in engagement surveys and performance evaluations to support team morale and productivity.
- Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders, presenting content concepts and solutions.
- Stay attuned to evolving client needs and pivot as necessary, maintaining a professional and adaptable demeanor.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present work professionally.
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Figma; familiarity with content tracking and project management tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within brand guidelines and other constraints.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of copywriting experience required.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across different formats and channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
