Job Salary: $110-140K (Negotiable)

We are a growing wealth management organization with over $80 billion in Assets Under Management. We serve a diverse client base ranging from High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and their multi-million-dollar businesses to traditional small and mid-sized companies. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Tax Advisor to our team who can help provide exceptional tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to our clients.
Requirements include an Active CPA license, 4-7+ years of Public Accounting and/or Wealth Management Tax experience, and demonstrated stability and strong tenure throughout your career. What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and review Individual, Partnership, S-Corporation, C-Corporation, Trust, and Estate tax returns
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to High Net Worth Individuals and closely held businesses
- Research and analyze complex federal and state tax issues
- Collaborate closely with financial advisors and clients to develop tax-efficient strategies
- Assist with client communications and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement process
- Mentor and train junior staff members as needed
- Stay current on changing tax laws and regulations
What You Need for this Position
Required:
- Active CPA License
- 4-7+ years of Public Accounting and/or Wealth Management Tax Experience
- Experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns
- Strong tax research and client relationship skills
- Demonstrated career stability and solid tenure in prior positions
Preferred:
- Experience working with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
- Trust, Estate, and Gift Tax experience
- Multi-State Tax experience
- Prior mentoring or supervisory experience
