Role Description The Head of Finance & Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing financial management and operational efficiency across Revryze. This role manages budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements and performance insights for leadership. Day-to-day activities include building and refining operational processes, tracking unit economics and margins, supporting pricing decisions, and implementing financial controls. The Head of Finance & Operations will collaborate closely with sales, client success, and marketing teams to align operational workflows with revenue goals, monitor KPIs, and support strategic planning. This position also leads risk management efforts, supports compliance, and helps design scalable systems and tools to support growth.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial statements and financial reporting, with experience producing clear, accurate management reports.
- Expertise in budgeting and forecasting, including building and managing budgets for growing businesses.
- Experience in operational process design and improvement, ideally in a sales-driven or services organization.
- Familiarity with SaaS-like or recurring revenue models, unit economics, and KPI tracking.
- Advanced skills with spreadsheets and financial tools; experience with accounting or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Prior leadership experience in finance and operations; background in startup or high-growth environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA) are an advantage.
