Safety Research Contributor (EHS / Industrial Hygiene)

I’m currently building out a small research initiative through the Arnow Institute of Safety Science and am looking to bring on Safety Research Contributors to support ongoing projects. Our firm believes that safety is not #1, but a core value that must work with other teams to meet the needs of today's world. Safety teams gives the tools to succeed, and so will we.

This role is ideal for someone interested in applying safety knowledge in a practical way while gaining experience in research, writing, and real-world problem solving.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on OSHA standards, exposure limits, and EHS best practices
• Assist in developing written content, guidance documents, and technical summaries
• Support projects focused on improving workplace safety programs
• Collaborate on ideas that bridge regulatory requirements with field application

Preferred Background:

• Early or mid-career EHS professionals or students in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, TCEQ and critical life safety programs
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Compensation:

Flexible based on experience and scope.
