Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training)About The Role What if your expertise in clinical analytics could directly shape how AI understands and improves healthcare? We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead a team translating complex healthcare data into actionable insights — and in doing so, help train the AI systems that will influence how clinical decisions are made at scale. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role for a seasoned healthcare analytics professional who knows how to turn raw clinical and operational data into trusted, decision-ready intelligence.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface trends, support leadership decisions, and drive improvements in care delivery and efficiency
- Translate complex healthcare datasets into clear, trusted insights that non-technical stakeholders can act on
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics outputs with real-world clinical and organizational goals
- Contribute to AI training projects by applying your domain expertise to evaluate, annotate, and validate healthcare-related data and model outputs
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
- Proven ability to design, build, and manage BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and underlying data models
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
- Strong communicator who can translate data complexity into clear, compelling narratives for leadership and clinical stakeholders
- Self-directed and reliable — you deliver quality work independently without close supervision
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with a genuine commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems or healthcare interoperability standards
- Background in population health, quality improvement, or clinical operations analytics
- Experience working with or evaluating large language models (LLMs) in a healthcare context
