What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to hospital data governance, clinical data quality, and health information management for accuracy and real-world applicability
- Review and assess AI reasoning around regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, data stewardship practices, and clinical data lifecycle management
- Identify gaps, errors, or oversimplifications in how AI models represent healthcare data governance concepts
- Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI systems reason more reliably about health data compliance, integrity, and interoperability
- Apply cross-functional knowledge spanning clinical operations, IT, compliance, and data management to evaluate complex scenarios
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations
- Strong command of healthcare privacy regulations and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA
- Proven ability to work across clinical, technical, and administrative domains
- Naturally detail-oriented — you catch inconsistencies and care deeply about data quality
- Clear and structured written communicator who can articulate expert reasoning precisely
- Comfortable evaluating nuanced, domain-specific content independently
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with EHR platforms, healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), or clinical data warehouses
- Background in health informatics, clinical operations, or regulatory compliance
