This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned professionals in healthcare data management, clinical informatics, or compliance. What You'll Do
- Apply your knowledge of hospital data governance to evaluate and improve AI-generated content, workflows, and frameworks related to health data
- Assess AI outputs for accuracy, compliance alignment, and clinical relevance across governance scenarios
- Review and provide structured feedback on how AI handles data quality standards, privacy frameworks, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA
- Identify gaps, errors, or oversimplifications in AI reasoning about healthcare data governance
- Contribute expert-level insight into cross-functional healthcare data workflows spanning clinical, IT, compliance, and operational domains
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations
- Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare privacy and compliance frameworks
- Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments involving clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and systematic — you spot inconsistencies and know why they matter in a healthcare context
- Clear and structured written communicator
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Background in EHR systems, health information management, or clinical informatics
- Familiarity with data governance tools, frameworks, or standards such as DAMA-DMBOK
- Experience in hospital operations, health system compliance, or regulatory reporting
