We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders to design innovative user experiences while driving user-centered design practices throughout the product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines strong UX strategy, visual design expertise, and a passion for solving complex user problems through research-driven design.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX design initiatives from concept through delivery
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Design intuitive web and mobile experiences using human-centered design principles
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams throughout development
- Translate research insights into actionable design solutions
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and UX standards
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability best practices
- Support Agile product development teams and sprint activities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
- Strong expertise in user-centered design methodologies
- Experience designing AI-powered or AI-enabled product experiences
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design skills
- Product development lifecycle experience
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Excellent visual communication and presentation skills
- Responsive design experience for web and mobile applications
- Accessibility-focused design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process
- Agile environment experience
