The Role
• Lead end-to-end design for projects related to AI agent experiences, from problem framing through launch and iteration.
• Define how AI agents, their capabilities, tools, and memory are presented and understood by customers.
• Design user experiences that allow customers to delegate security and compliance tasks while maintaining visibility and control.
• Create interaction patterns for reviewing, correcting, approving, and managing AI-generated work.
• Design conversational and agent interaction models across various platforms, including the company's core product and third-party applications.
• Establish product patterns and principles for trustworthy AI agent behavior, focusing on transparency, permissions, and explainability.
What You'll Need
• 7+ years of product design experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS, complex workflows, or sophisticated software products.
• Experience designing AI-powered products, automation, or systems with dynamic or uncertain behavior.
• Proven ability to design agent experiences that go beyond simple chat interfaces, encompassing multi-step workflows and system integrations.
• Experience designing products that require human judgment and involve integrating human oversight into automated workflows.
• Strong product thinking and discovery skills, with the ability to frame ambiguous problems and identify key questions.
• A portfolio demonstrating shipped work, complex workflows, and user-centric design decisions.
