About The Role
Plego is seeking highly capable and experienced Project Managers to join our offshore team on a remote basis. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with our entire technology team to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to agile methodologies. This position offers flexibility with work hours, primarily from 6:30 pm to 4:00 am Pakistan Standard Time or 7:00 pm to 4:30 am Indian Standard Time. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in managing software development projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
- Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years in project management
- Extensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Gantt charts, MS Visio, etc.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding decision-making and leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends
- Ability to analyze project performance and implement corrective actions
- Follow and promote the Agile software development process within the team
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Ensure the technical feasibility of project requirements and objectives
- Manage resources effectively and allocate tasks appropriately
- Control project scope, schedule, and costs through appropriate verification and change management techniques
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, specifications, proposals, and flowcharts
- Track and analyze project performance to ensure the achievement of short-term and long-term goals
- Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for the seamless execution of projects
- Perform risk management and mitigation planning
