About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Project Manager - Oncology (Client Dedicated/Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will oversee client-dedicated oncology clinical research initiatives from study start through completion, ensuring strong execution, compliance, and delivery across the project lifecycle.

You will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage timelines, budgets, documentation, and communication while supporting high-quality outcomes in a regulated clinical environment.

The position requires a hands-on project leader who can coordinate cross-functional work, anticipate risks, and keep studies moving forward in alignment with GCP and regulatory expectations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Lead interdisciplinary clinical research projects, ensuring delivery and compliance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer throughout the study lifecycle
  • Oversee project teams with a focus on quality, budget management, and timelines
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to GCP and other regulatory requirements
  • Maintain comprehensive study documentation and project deliverables
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks and support goal attainment
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings and prepare project reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) with therapeutic expertise preferred
  • Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to embrace new technologies and adapt to change
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
