Role Description
Dapptize is seeking a Web3 Portfolio Manager to lead digital-asset portfolio strategy, allocation, research, and risk analysis across the Web3 ecosystem. This role will evaluate cryptocurrencies, DeFi protocols, blockchain projects, and emerging digital-asset opportunities while developing disciplined portfolio frameworks.
The ideal candidate combines investment and portfolio-management experience with a strong understanding of blockchain markets, on-chain data, tokenomics, and decentralized finance.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage digital-asset portfolio strategies across cryptocurrencies, DeFi, stablecoins, and blockchain-related opportunities
• Conduct research and due diligence on digital assets, protocols, and Web3 projects
• Build asset-allocation and diversification frameworks based on risk, liquidity, volatility, and market conditions
• Monitor portfolio performance, exposure, drawdowns, correlations, and concentration risk
• Analyze tokenomics, protocol fundamentals, adoption, governance, liquidity, and ecosystem growth
• Track on-chain activity, capital flows, market trends, and institutional participation
• Research opportunities across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Layer 1/Layer 2 networks, DeFi, and tokenized assets
• Prepare portfolio reviews, investment research, market reports, and strategic recommendations
• Support portfolio rebalancing, scenario analysis, and risk-management processes
• Collaborate with Web3, product, technology, and research teams on digital-asset strategy
Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in portfolio management, investment research, asset management, financial markets, fintech, or digital assets
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, DeFi, and tokenomics
• Experience with portfolio construction, asset allocation, risk management, and financial analysis
• Ability to evaluate digital assets and Web3 projects from fundamental, market, and on-chain perspectives
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics and research platforms such as Dune, DefiLlama, Nansen, Arkham, Glassnode, or similar tools
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience with Excel, financial modeling, Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

Compensation
$120,000 - $135,000 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications, with potential performance-based incentives.
