Based in Kalispell, Montana and serving a growing market, TCI Scientific Innovations supports producers in implementing “on-demand” inventory systems that strengthen both product integrity and cash flow.

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson at TCI Scientific Innovations LLC. The Salesperson will identify and qualify new leads among cultivators, processors, laboratories, and other relevant stakeholders, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing. Daily activities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining technical features and benefits of the HiLyph™ Edition systems, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up with prospects to drive conversions. The role will involve maintaining a structured pipeline in a CRM, forecasting sales, and collaborating with internal teams to provide accurate technical information and responsive customer support. The Salesperson will also participate in industry events (virtually or in person as needed), gather market feedback, and contribute to sales strategies that expand TCI’s presence in target markets.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in consultative sales, lead generation, and pipeline management, with the ability to guide customers through a technical buying process.
• Experience in B2B sales within technology, scientific equipment, or related industries, ideally with exposure to post-harvest, cannabis, or agricultural markets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions.
• Comfort using CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and basic office software to track activities, document interactions, and report results.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Understanding of or interest in lyophilization, laboratory processes, or plant-material handling is a plus; technical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in technical sales will be considered.
• Availability to travel occasionally for customer visits, demonstrations, or industry events as business needs require.
