Job Description:
•At least seven years of experience with task order application or technologies.
•Providing end-user support (including help desk, if required for assigned task) for various software as listed in Section C.2.1 of this SOA, Technology Platform Tools and Utilities.
•Providing user and desktop support for email system.
•Providing mobile device support (client-side).
•Providing support for workstations and peripherals.
