2. About the Opportunity:
The Strategic Finance Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions of the organization. This position is responsible for maintaining the financial model, assisting with annual and quarterly planning, and delivering insights that inform strategic decisions. The role contributes directly to optimizing business performance and guiding leadership with meaningful financial data, impacting key decisions and organizational growth.
3. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and own the financial model including revenue and cost drivers
- Support annual and quarterly financial planning and target-setting processes
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to assist decision-making across the organization
- Prepare presentations for the Board and update investors on company performance
- Support equity and debt fundraising activities
- Assist in deal negotiations with vendors and partners
- Utilize AI tools and agents to enhance analysis and reporting processes
4. Requirements:
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex issues into structured frameworks and actionable plans
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience including at least 2 years in investment banking or a similar role
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents for workflow acceleration
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience in fintech, payments, or embedded/vertical SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL or comparable analytical skills
- Experience in strategic finance or business operations teams
- Background in high-growth technology startups
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
