About the Opportunity:
The PEOPLE OPERATIONS GENERALIST will establish and enhance the foundational employee experience within the organization. This role is responsible for building scalable HR systems, improving onboarding, developing employee resources, and leveraging AI and automation to innovate People Operations. The position contributes by creating efficient, user-friendly processes that support employees throughout their lifecycle, enabling smoother navigation and reducing administrative burdens.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and continuously improve onboarding from offer acceptance through ramp
- Create an accessible employee hub for information and resources
- Establish core People policies, documentation, and operational infrastructure
- Identify and address gaps in the employee lifecycle
- Apply AI and automation to streamline People programs
- Build self-service tools to minimize People administration
- Monitor employee feedback to detect and resolve issues early
- Collaborate with leadership on new People programs and experiments
- Manage execution to ensure solutions are practical and adopted
Requirements:
- Strong systems thinking to identify root problems
- Experience using AI to build or automate HR-related solutions
- Ability to create processes from the ground up
- Independent operation with outcome-driven execution
- Product-oriented mindset focused on user experience
- Preference for simplicity and avoidance of unnecessary processes
- Comfortable with rapid iteration and improvement
- Passion for innovation in People Operations
- Relevant People Operations experience preferred but not mandatory
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Base salary range: $170,000 to $180,000
- Variable bonus: $40,000 to $50,000 tied to net revenue retention and account retention
- Total compensation may include bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits, varying by experience and location
