2. About the Opportunity:
The IT Project Manager role is responsible for overseeing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This position supports technology modernization initiatives, particularly focusing on AI integration, and plays a key role in coordinating efforts across business and IT teams to drive project success.
3. Responsibilities:
- Define project scope in collaboration with senior project managers
- Drive AI-first modernization leveraging the organization’s AI platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and report on technology modernization metrics
- Maintain accurate records of applications and infrastructure assets
- Develop detailed work plans and resource requirements
- Review and adjust project schedules as needed
- Prepare project materials including reports and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and events
- Facilitate project onboarding with business and IT teams
- Ensure project deliverables meet time, budget, and quality expectations
- Evaluate project outcomes and conduct closure activities
- Document and manage risks and issues
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deliver projects within approved scope, budget, and schedule
4. Requirements:
- Minimum six years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Project management experience from conception to delivery
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Responsive to customer needs with a customer service orientation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
- Motivated to develop technical, interpersonal, and business skills
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The salary range for this opportunity is $87,500 to $105,000, with base pay varying based on geographic region, internal equity, knowledge, skills, and experience
