About the Opportunity:
The DATA ANALYST role is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to provide insights that inform business decisions. This position plays a critical role in interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and delivering clear, actionable reports to various stakeholders, thereby supporting the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business goals.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports presenting key metrics and insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analysis.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to guide strategic decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all analyses and reporting.
- Apply statistical methods and data mining techniques to improve decision making.
- Stay updated on best practices and tools in data analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and data visualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience handling large datasets and performing data cleaning.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- $148,000-$189,000 per year
