Title: Commercial Analyst

ForceBrands is partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-driven food brand to find a Commercial Analyst to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial organization at a pivotal stage of growth as it expands its presence across natural and conventional grocery.
This role is ideal for someone who loves digging into data but can also tell the story behind the numbers. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and the sales organization to turn POS, customer, and market data into actionable insights, compelling retailer presentations, and recommendations that help drive growth.
What You’ll Do:
• Analyze POS, wholesale, promotional, CRM, and market data across sales channels
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, trends, and opportunities
• Translate data into clear, compelling sales narratives and presentations for retailer line reviews
• Monitor account performance and provide actionable recommendations to the commercial team
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
• Partner closely with sales leadership, brokers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support new retailer/distributor onboarding and promotional execution
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3+ years of experience in sales, commercial, category, or customer analytics
• CPG, food & beverage, natural products, or better-for-you brand experience strongly preferred
• Experience analyzing POS or syndicated data; SPINS experience is highly preferred
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to turn complex data into a clear story and actionable business recommendations
• Experience supporting retailer presentations, line reviews, or sales teams is highly valuable
• Amazon analytics and/or Shopify experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can roll up your sleeves and wear multiple hats
