StoneEagle is looking for an experienced Software Engineer III to join our development team. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building reliable applications, and taking ownership from development through deployment and production support.
You'll collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional partners to design and deliver solutions while contributing to application architecture, code quality, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and services.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
- Develop and consume APIs and web services.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues.
- Contribute to application architecture and development best practices.
- Share knowledge and support the growth of other engineers.
We're looking for strong hands-on experience with:
- Object-oriented programming
- C#/.NET, PHP, or comparable backend development
- Web application development
- SQL and relational databases
- Git/source control
- REST APIs and web services
- JavaScript and frameworks such as Angular or React
- MVC development
- Cloud development
- CI/CD
- Authentication, authorization, and application security
- Application and architectural design patterns
- Linux environments
Experience with AWS/Azure, ORM technologies, infrastructure automation, and SASS/LESS is a plus.

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional after-hours support/deployment rotation
