Senior Data Analyst | Remote, United States | DTC / E-commerce

Stable10 are partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand to hire a Senior Data Analyst into a small, highly influential data team.

This is a broad role for someone who enjoys getting close to the business. Rather than operating purely as a reporting resource, you’ll work directly with stakeholders to understand problems, determine the right analytical approach, and stay involved through development, testing, delivery and adoption.

The business is investing heavily in its technology and data capabilities, creating an opportunity to join while the function is still lean enough for an individual contributor to have significant ownership and visibility.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with teams across marketing, operations, merchandising, finance and technology to identify and solve business problems through data.
  • Own analytical projects from initial discovery and requirements through delivery and measurement of impact.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, data models and analytical solutions using SQL and modern data tooling.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, segmentation, commercial performance and operational trends.
  • Help improve how data is structured, accessed and used across the organisation.
  • Work closely with data engineering to ensure reliable, scalable datasets and reporting.
  • Present findings and recommendations directly to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Proactively identify areas where better data or analysis could improve decision-making.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong professional experience in data analytics, analytics engineering or a similarly hands-on data role.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience working with modern cloud data warehouses and BI / analytics platforms.
  • Comfortable working independently within a small team and taking genuine ownership of problems.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
  • Experience working across the full lifecycle of a data project rather than solely producing dashboards or reports.
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in understanding why the numbers matter to the business.

Particularly relevant experience

Experience within DTC, e-commerce, retail or consumer businesses would be highly valuable.

Exposure to areas such as customer segmentation, marketing analytics, supply chain, inventory, fulfilment, merchandising or commercial analytics would also be relevant.

The current technology environment includes SQL, dbt, BigQuery, Looker and Hex, although exact tool-for-tool experience is not required.

The opportunity

You’ll join a growing organisation where the data team remains intentionally lean. That means broad exposure, direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to materially influence how data is used as the business continues to scale.
