As a senior digital analyst on the Acquisition Experience team, you'll enhance the business’s e-commerce platform and deliver innovative digital experiences on Progressive.com. You’ll shape measurement strategies, create and maintain performance dashboards, conduct analyses to uncover optimization opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. You’ll also lead qualitative Voice of Customer, GenAI, and emerging technology agendas. Partnering closely with data analysts, data engineers, IT, and enterprise data and architecture communities, you’ll help advance strategic initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, SAS, or R).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to translate analytical findings to business performance and strategic decisions.
- Solid understanding of User Experience (UX) practices and modern web design principles, along with working knowledge of technical frameworks that drive website experiences, including JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML.
- $81,400 - $108,500/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
