About the Role
The Transaction Advisory Services Manager OR Senior Manager will support private equity groups and companies through both buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence engagements. You will analyze target company financials, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insights that influence valuation, deal structure, and strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA (or CPA‑eligible); strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
- Master’s in Accounting or MBA with accounting undergrad preferred.
- 2–4+ years of financial audit experience (ideally with a top‑ten public accounting firm).
- 1–3 years in a TAS practice at a national accounting firm, including at least 1 year at the Manager level.
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
- Advanced Excel skills; strong MS Office proficiency.
- Self‑driven, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
