Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate remote work connected to marketing, public relations, brand communication, digital campaigns, media coordination, and client services.
- Maintain accurate campaign, client, content, schedule, or follow-up records in approved systems.
- Communicate clearly with clients, partners, vendors, customers, or internal team members by email, phone, chat, and shared tools as appropriate.
- Track deadlines, identify missing information or routine exceptions, and escalate issues according to documented procedures.
- Prepare concise updates and reports so work can be reviewed, handed off, and completed on time.
- Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or other web-based business systems.
- Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
- Ability to learn role-specific tools and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
