Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate digital content, campaign tasks, social posts, customer communications, and marketing calendars using online tools.
- Maintain accurate campaign records, content trackers, asset libraries, and performance notes.
- Support research, drafting, scheduling, quality checks, and cross-functional review of marketing materials.
- Track basic engagement or campaign metrics and prepare recurring reports for the team.
- Coordinate remotely with internal stakeholders and follow brand, privacy, and approval procedures.
- Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
- Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
- Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
