SNI is proud to partner again with a high growth 75+ lawyer law firm, to identify a Controller to lead its accounting and finance function. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an experienced legal finance professional who can take ownership of financial reporting, trust accounting, budgeting, and firm-wide financial operations across 9+ offices. This comes with a fully remote (EST) schedule, Unlimited PTO, and a strong monetary package that consists of a base + bonus and potential LTIs.
Controller - 100% remote
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior Controller/finance leadership experience in a law firm or professional service
- Aderant, SQL/SSRS, legal billing, and trust accounting expertise required.
- Experience overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for a multi-office organization.
- Strong GAAP, financial analysis, Excel/ERP, and partner/attorney-facing communication skills.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting required; CPA/MBA preferred.
