This role leads a department for group accounts receivable across all HCSC. This position is accountable for the hiring/selection, workflow management, employee development, communication, and performance management of a team responsible for accounts receivable functions across the group line of business in all HCSC states. This role represents AR in meetings with internal partners and external customers and brokers and is responsible for the overall performance of the respective department. Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas of responsibility including overnight stays

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance OR Accounting
• 5 years of professional work experience in finance and/or managing projects
• 2 years of people management experience in a Business-related field OR Finance
• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes
• Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, managing and prioritizing several tasks at the same time
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas of responsibility including overnight stays
  
  

This role is Telecommute (remote) .

Compensation: $92,700.00 - $167,500.00
