The Role: Impactful Clinical Practice Lead with clinical expertise in a collaborative, supportive environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Clinical Assessment: Conducting in-depth diagnostic evaluations and developing evidence-based treatment strategies for a variety of conditions
• Treatment Management: Overseeing medication protocols, monitoring patient progress, and making necessary adjustments for successful outcomes
• Collaborative Care: Engaging with a multidisciplinary team and participating in case reviews to ensure patient well-being
• Quality Documentation: Maintaining thorough, timely, and accurate patient records within our systems

Candidate Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• A current, valid, and unrestricted state medical license
• Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Psychiatry
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• A passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care
