The Opportunity

You will use established digital systems and communication frameworks to connect with professionals exploring personal and professional development programmes.

Your activity will include:

• Developing and managing professional enquiries through approved digital channels
• Conducting structured introductory conversations by telephone or video
• Helping individuals assess whether the programmes and opportunity align with their goals
• Managing follow-up activity and maintaining accurate contact records
• Supporting a professional onboarding experience
• Participating in ongoing leadership, business and personal-development training
• Building consistent activity within a proven remote framework

This is not a traditional internal HR or salaried talent role. It is an independent, performance-based opportunity for a self-directed professional who is comfortable taking responsibility for their own activity and results.

About You

You may have experience in:

• Talent development or learning and development
• Human resources or People and Culture
• Recruitment or talent acquisition
• Leadership, management or consulting
• Coaching, education or professional development
• Client engagement or relationship management

You are likely to be a strong fit if you:

• Have at least five years of professional experience
• Communicate confidently and build rapport easily
• Are organised, consistent and comfortable following structured processes
• Can work independently without close supervision
• Are open to ongoing learning and personal development
• Want greater flexibility while remaining focused on meaningful outcomes
