We are a global recruitment agency (est. 2006), specialising in Sales & GTM hiring for SaaS, Tech, and IT scaleups across the UK & USA.

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us win new clients. This is a commission-only role – perfect for someone with drive, resilience, and a knack for opening doors.

What you’ll do:

• Smash the phones with cold calls across the UK & USA

• Run LinkedIn outreach & DM campaigns

• Build email campaigns that convert

• Book qualified meetings with SaaS/Tech founders and hiring leaders

What you bring:

• Grit, persistence, and confidence on the phone

• Experience in sales, lead gen, or recruitment BD (bonus points for SaaS/Tech exposure)

• Ability to work remotely & independently
